Q: I or someone I know has been arrested or asked to attend a police interview, what can I do?
A: You are entitled to free representation at the Police Station, simply ask for us at the police station or contact our 24 hour office team and we can arrange one of our out of hours lawyers to represent you in any police station across England and Wales.
Q: What if I cannot afford a lawyer?
A: In many matters we are able to assist with legal aid applications to cover all or part of your legal fees if you are unable to afford private representation. Contact our team to discuss your options. Alternatively, we are able to offer payment arrangements for those who need more time to pay.
Q: Will people know that I am in trouble?
A: NO! All our client consultations and advice is completely confidential, we will only divulge information with your permission.
Q: My child has been arrested, can I attend the police station?
A: Yes, you can and you should unless told by the police not to. We will attend the police station with you and your child to provide 24 hour representation for free.
Q: I have to attend court, what should I do?
A: Contact our offices as soon as you can so we can discuss your options with you, we are able to arrange excellent representation for you at court by experienced Barrister's and Counsel, you also may not have to pay for this if you qualify for legal aid.
Q: I am vulnerable and nervous about the proceedings can you still help me?
A: Our team is very experienced in dealing with vulnerable clients, including those particularly vulnerable due to their age, mental or physical health and learning difficulties, contact us to arrange a consultation at a time and place where you are most comfortable.
Q: Someone in my family has been remanded into custody is it too late for you to help?
A: No! We can assist your loved-one in considering an application to transfer their case from their previous representatives or the duty lawyer in some circumstances, please contact us for further information.
